Councillor Christopher T. Titus, a lawyer with the Crown Prosecutor's office, was first elected to the Saint John Common Council in May, 1998.
In his role with Saint John Common Council, Councillor Titus has served on a number of committees including the Preservation Review Board, Water & Sewerage Utility Appeals Board, Finance Committee, and currently sits on the following:
- Chair – Saint John Energy
- Chair – Saint John Transit
- Trustee – City of Saint John Pension Plan
Councillor Titus has also served or is serving on a number of community groups and associations, including:
- General Campaign Chair – United Way of Greater Saint John (and Past President)
- Board Member – The Greater Saint John Community Foundation
- President – Saint John Law Society (and past-Vice President)
- President – Lancaster Minor Hockey Association (and past coach)
- Treasurer – District 5 Minor Hockey Association
- Past-Chair – Canadian Bar Association Criminal Section
