A demolition permit is required for the demolition of any building/structure, or part of a building/structure (i.e. garages, porches, houses, commercial building).

A demolition permit application requires:

• proof of liability insurance
• payment of the appropriate fee
• payment of the appropriate deposit

This deposit is returned once the property has been restored to the satisfaction of the inspector.
