Defining our Commitment - A Corporate Strategic Plan for the City of Saint John

In February 2009, the Administration presented Defining our Commitment – A Corporate Strategic Plan for the City of Saint John to Common Council. The plan will set the direction for the organization and identifies seven key operational and administrative strategic focus areas, goals and commitment statements associated with each.

In the fall of 2009, the City of Saint John hired Ipsos-Reid to conduct a telephone survey of citizens of Saint John about customer satisfaction. You can view the final report here (PDF, 1 MB).
