There are many beaches, parks, and trails located in Saint John. If you want to explore the history of this amazing town, you must visit some of the following sites.

Brundage Point River Centre is a beautiful place for long summer walks, as well as the perfect area for a picnic. You can see St. John River in many different views, as this area is bordered by the beautiful river on 3 sides.

Cherry Brooks Zoo and Vanished Kingdom Park are other attractions in Saint John you will not want to miss. Cherry Brook Zoo features endangered animals, as well as unusual exotic animals. You can also play golf here, or have a picnic.

Also, one should stop and walk, drive, or bike the Fundy Trail Parkway. This is an amazing experience for one who wishes to view the nature and attractions of the area. It is convenient and very accessible as well.

While out exploring, one needs to visit the Bay of Fundy, located at Fundy National Park. Discover and explore the wildlife and nature of these beautiful forests, along with the gorgeous shorelines of the historical bay.

Saint John’s waterfront walkway is called Harbour Passage. This is an amazing path of connected trails for walking or hiking. Along the paths you will find many historical sites and lookouts, while enjoying beautiful views.

Another park known for elegant, scenic walking paths is Quispamis Arts and Culture Park. Bright green lawns with attractive paths for walking, this is a very luxurious park. The trees and flowers are astonishing, and furthermore, you can find chess tables. This area is often used for certain performances such as concerts.

A very large Canadian municipal park is called Rockwood Park. You can do countless adventurous things here such as camp, ride horses, play golf, or view the astonishing lakes.

Another park for you to view is Wolastoq Park. Wolastoq when translated means “beautiful river”. It is amazingly near the Reversing Falls attraction, and you can find several Saint John historical figures.

If you are interested in visiting the beach, there are several to choose from. Dominion Park, Lily Lake, Mispec Beach, and Tucker Park are all located in Saint John. The amazing opportunities are endless.
